Over ten years she has delivered events for companies from Russia, Europe and the Gulf: from closed board retreats in the mountains to off-site conferences for hundreds of people with simultaneous interpreting and evening galas. Madina keeps venues, catering, timings and backup scenarios in her head — and budgets in a way that maximises impact.
As a DMC on the ground, she owns every detail of the programme and works for the result, not for a tick in the estimate.
