Report and closing

Yes. We sign a contract with a legal entity, accept payment by bank transfer and provide a full set of closing documents.
How long does a proposal take?
Normally 1–2 business days after we receive the brief; for complex multi-country programmes, up to 3–5 days.
Do you help with visas and invitations for delegates?
Yes, we arrange visa support and invitations for all 5 countries in the region.
Can several countries be combined in one programme?
Yes. We are a single DMC for Central Asia and build end-to-end routes across countries.
What is the minimum and maximum group size?
We work both with individual delegations of a few people and with groups of up to several hundred delegates.
