Public Offer Agreement

1. Terms and Definitions

Operator — Sayohat Travel LLC, a tour operator providing travel and related services. Client — a person submitting a request. Tour — a set of transport, accommodation and support services arranged by the Operator.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Operator undertakes to provide travel services according to the selected programme, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for them under this offer.

3. Conclusion of the Agreement

The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer — by submitting a request on the site, by phone or messenger, and/or by making a payment.

4. Price and Payment

The tour price is fixed in the confirmed request. Payment is made within the terms agreed by the parties (prepayment and full payment before the tour begins).

5. Operator’s Rights and Obligations

• arrange and provide services according to the programme;
• inform the Client of trip conditions in good time;
• replace services with equivalent ones where necessary;
• ensure confidentiality of personal data.

6. Client’s Rights and Obligations

• provide accurate data and required documents;
• pay for the services on time;
• comply with the laws of the country of stay;
• notify the Operator of any changes.

7. Changes and Cancellation

Terms of change and cancellation, and the amount of actually incurred costs, are determined by the rules of the Operator and its partners and communicated to the Client at booking.

8. Liability

The parties are liable under applicable law. The Operator is not responsible for consular decisions, carriers’ actions or other third parties beyond its control.

9. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability in circumstances of force majeure: natural disasters, actions of authorities, border closures and similar events.

10. Dispute Resolution and Final Provisions

Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, under applicable law. The Operator may amend the offer by publishing a new version on the site.
