Do RF citizens need a visa for Tajikistan?
No, visa-free entry for up to 30 days. A visa is only needed for longer stays.
What is registration and when to do it?
An OVIR migration registration. Required for stays over 10 days — we handle it, including in Dushanbe and Khorog.
Do I need a GBAO permit for the Pamirs?
Yes. Gorno-Badakhshan is a border zone requiring a GBAO permit (up to 30 days). We include it in Pamir tours automatically.
Can I enter on an internal passport?
Air travel requires an international passport. Get one in advance.
Do I need medical insurance?
Not legally required, but we strongly recommend it for the whole trip.
